Join this Professional Services Firm as their Accounts Payable Officer based in their stunning corporate offices based in Melbourne CBD. Duties involved in this position include, processing daily cheque requisitions, processing & liaising with payroll regarding reimbursements, sorting invoices & organising cheques to be signed, processing & payment of invoices, weekly filing & regular archiving of files, and other duties to assist the team. Having experience in a similar Accounts Payable position is a must as is good computer skills, in particular with Accounting packages and MS Excel. Experience in using the Elite Accounting package is an advantage but not essential, as is experience working within Professional Services. You must be organised, have high level attention to detail and corporate presentation.
