The program is aligned to one of the largest expansion programs in Western Australia and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work as part of a large team, in addition to leveraging an array of development opportunities in the coming months.
 
Using your Application Development and Systems Integration Program Management experience, you will be responsible for managing the Systems Integration within this multi-million dollar program.  This will include managing a number of projects of varying sizes, numerous vendors and a team of Project Managers.  You will be responsible for the delivery of the project, key project milestones and leading and inspiring your team.
 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Hands on Project Management experience
• Program Management experience
• Application Development and System Integration experience
• Delivery of Application Development projects through the full SDLC
• Project delivery within resources industry
• Proven delivery of projects within a program of work
• Ability to drive project outcomes
• Flexible/pragmatic approach to delivery
• Stakeholder/vendor management skills
• Motivation and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills
