We are actively recruiting for a large number of Customer Service Superstars. Located literally seconds from the local Train Station, in a newly refurbished building, this Top 4 Bank is expanding is Contact Centre rapidly!

The contact centre is open between the hours of 8am and 8pm and operates on a rotating roster system, you must be available to work all shifts between these hours. These roles are Permanent and so you must be in a position to make a long term commitment.

We are looking for candidates who posses that true drive to impress and amaze their customers by providing an exceptional customer service experience. This role is all about your attitude!! After 2 weeks of training and continued support you will be required to represent the company values through your continued efforts to go over and above for each customer that you speak to.

This role is not like any other contact centre role – you will be cross skilled across various different products and services and will eventually become a full service consultant.

The calls that you will be taking will include but not be limited to:

General Banking enquiries

Retention calls

Welcome calls to new customers

Notification calls (to customers who may have been effected by skimming etc)

Community Emergency calls (during natural disasters)

Overflow calls form other departments as required

Previous experience within a contact centre, though not essential, would be highly regarded.

If you are the kind of person who is motivated by working towards targets and is able to work in an ever changing fast paced environment along with having fantastic communication and computer skills then this could be the role for you.
