Your goal as a Part-time agent is to deliver excellence in sales and customer service, this will be achieved through communicating and assisting existing customers with their billing enquiries. You will be required to make sales, upsell and cross sell related products to their account with Australia's largest internet provider.

You may be offered anywhere from 20-38 hours per week, dependent on the requirements of the business. You must be available across the operational hours of the contact centre on a rotating roster:

• Saturday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 8am 8pm.

If successful for this role there will be 5 weeks of full-time training (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 2:00pm) to complete commencing on August 10th

• This position is located in Surry Hills.
• The pay rate is $17.00 + up to $8.50 OTE
• Penalty rates apply outside of our core business hours
