Focusing on return to work and quality case management practise's this is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your skills. As a Case Manager at QBE you will act as an ambassador for QBE, taking a collaborative approach to your working relationships, providing end to end claims management and achieving consistent outcomes. The QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and on site visits. You will need to work within set timeframes, ensure compliance with all legislative codes and company policies. In addition, QBE offers one of the lowest caseloads in the industry which enables you to comfortably meet all your required objectives, while providing quality case management to our clients and injured workers. To succeed in this role you will be an experienced Workers Compensation professional (with recent experience in an Agent or a Self-insurer), or will have an allied health background. You will enjoy managing challenging and sensitive situations to a satisfying outcome, have a flexible attitude, and be motivated to deliver superior results to your clients.
