As part of the senior management team you will report to the Executive Director (HR). You will manage a small team; however your major focus and strength will be managing HR systems, projects, policy, procedures, contracts, EBA’s etc in what is a very complex working environment. The critical success factors will lie in your ability to multi-task, manage complex issues, understand and manage the impact of your activities as well as being an effective communicator at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work competently and quickly in a highly operational and hands-on environment. Experience in rolling out and managing the integration of systems in medium to large sized organisations will be a distinct advantage. Exposure to Oracle, Nella Precida & Trim would be highly regarded, as well as being able to demonstrate your experience in managing and implementing HR systems and projects.
